What we collect

Your answers to our questionnaire (about your business, tasks, tools and goals).
Your business name and, if you give it, your email address.
Payment confirmation details from our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your card number.
Basic website usage data through privacy-friendly analytics.
A record of the consents you give, including when and how.

Please don't enter your customers' personal information into our form. We don't need it.

Why we collect it

To create your free score, report and any add-ons you buy.
To email you your score, report and receipts, if you give us an email address.
To send occasional tips, but only if you ticked the optional box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To handle questions about your order and improve our service (using combined, de-identified data).

How your report is made

Your score and savings figures are calculated automatically by fixed formulas. No person reviews your answers as part of normal delivery. We may use an AI service to help write the narrative text; when we do, we send only your questionnaire answers. [Confirm provider and that it does not train on our data.]

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run Number8 AI: hosting [TBC], payments (Stripe), email delivery [TBC] and AI text generation [TBC]. These providers may store information in other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Questionnaire answers and reports: [24 months] after your last visit, then deleted. Payment records: 7 years, for tax purposes.

Your rights
